If the student is late to the lesson, the lesson will still end at the scheduled time. If the teacher is late, a makeup time will be given.
The teacher keeps the right to terminate the lesson enrollment if necessary (ex. students cancel lessons too often or show little commitment to practice...etc.). The rest of the tuition will be refunded.
If students withdraw from enrollment in the middle of a month, the rest of tuition is not refundable.
We manage lesson schedule on My Music Staff. Once the lesson time is confirmed and we receive your Policy Agreement, the login information will be sent to you.
Monthly payment. Due on every 1st day of the month. An invoice will be sent 8 days before the Due Date. $25 late fee will apply for payments made after the Due Date.

Log into your My Music Staff (MMS) account and cancel the lesson. We offer makeup credits for the canceled lesson. No refund or deduction will be issued.
Cancellation and Sign-up deadline is 24 hours prior to the lesson time.
Cancellation made AFTER the deadline will be marked as absent with no makeup credit.
Cancellation made BEFORE the deadline will automatically receive a makeup credit. You can use the credit to register any time slot that's available on the calendar (see section below).
You have 30 days to use your makeup credit. The credit will expire after 30 days.
Maximum 4 makeups per semester. If you have canceled and rescheduled lessons 4 times, the next cancellation will be marked as absent with no makeup credit, regardless of whether it occurs before or after the 24-hour deadline.
If the teacher cancels a lesson, a makeup credit or discount will be given.
Lessons that fall on studio holidays will be canceled automatically. You won’t be charged for these lessons, and don’t need to reschedule them. Please check out your My Music Staff post for the dates of studio holidays.
We understand that students have camps and vacations during summer break. A more flexible policy will be announced before next summer.
Rescheduling a Lesson (on My Music Staff):
Reschedule your lessons online. Log into your My Music Staff account. You will see your weekly lesson slot, and a selection of open slots that are available to register when you need to reschedule a lesson. Steps to reschedule on My Music Staff are below (at least 24 hrs prior to the lesson):
Cancel the current lesson slot ➞ Automatically receive a makeup credit ➞ Use the credit to register a slot that's available on the calendar.
45 and 60 minute lessons: Your lesson will be shown as “<name>, Lesson 60” on the calendar. When you want to register a makeup lesson, you may use your makeup credit to register for any available “Lesson 60” slot on the calendar.
30 minute lesson: Your lesson will be shown as “<name>, Lesson 30” on the calendar. When you want to register a makeup lesson, you may use your makeup credit to register for any available “Lesson 30” slot on the calendar. If you can’t find a 30 minute slot that works for you and want a “Lesson 60” slot, you’ll need to email me for a permission.
